Your Right to Data Deletion
At PostJet Hub, we respect your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of your data from our systems.
What Data We Store
When you use PostJet Hub, we may store the following data:
- Your email address and profile information
- Access tokens for connected social media accounts
- Content you've scheduled or published through our platform
- Subscription and payment information (via Paddle)
- Usage logs and analytics data
How to Delete Your Data
Option 1: Delete from Your Dashboard (Recommended)
- Log in to your PostJet Hub account at www.postjet.online
- Go to Profile Settings
- Scroll down and click "Delete My Account"
- Confirm the deletion
- All your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@postjet.online with the subject line:
Data Deletion Request - [Your Email Address]
Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Your name
- Which data you want deleted (all / specific)
We will process your request within 5-7 business days.
Facebook / Meta Data Deletion
If you've connected your Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or Threads account to PostJet Hub, you can also request deletion through Meta:
- Go to your Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings
- Click "Apps and Websites"
- Find "PostJet Hub" in the list
- Click "Remove"
- Your data associated with PostJet Hub will be automatically deleted
This action will remove PostJet Hub's access to your Facebook data. To also delete your PostJet Hub account data, please use Option 1 or Option 2 above.
What Happens After Deletion
Once your data deletion is processed:
- ✅ Your account and profile will be permanently deleted
- ✅ All access tokens will be revoked
- ✅ Your scheduled posts and content will be removed
- ✅ Your subscription will be cancelled (if active)
- ✅ You'll receive a confirmation email
Note: Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes (e.g., tax records) as required by law.
