By accessing or using PostJet Hub ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PostJet Hub is a multi-platform social media automation SaaS that allows users to create, schedule, and publish content across 16+ social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, Slack, Pinterest, and others.

3. Account Registration

To use PostJet Hub, you must register for an account using Google OAuth or email authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

PostJet Hub offers the following subscription plans:

• 7-Day Free Trial: Free for 7 days, no credit card required.
• Starter Plan: $9 USD per month.
• Pro Plan: $19 USD per month.

All paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are processed securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as described in our Refund Policy. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information.

6. User Content and Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content you publish through PostJet Hub. You agree not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or spam.
• Violate any third-party platform's terms of service.
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes.

7. Third-Party Platforms

PostJet Hub integrates with third-party social media platforms. Your use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues, suspensions, or losses resulting from your use of third-party platforms.

8. YouTube API Services

PostJet Hub uses YouTube API Services. By using PostJet Hub to connect to or interact with YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). You also acknowledge and agree that Google's Privacy Policy (http://www.google.com/policies/privacy) governs the collection and use of your data by YouTube.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and materials provided by PostJet Hub are the property of PostJet Hub and are protected by international copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

PostJet Hub is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
